Upon arrival, please provide access to a power and water source within 100 feet of the vehicle, as well as the vehicle keys.
Not at all! Having someone present for the details is not necessary. As long as certain needs are met—power and water source, doors unlocked, and everything within 100 ft of each other—you're good to go! Just be sure to pre-pay if you won't be there for in-person payments.
